The Servicio de Acogida de Navarra (Navarra Reception Service) offers you a comprehensive service with regard to advice and booking of all the resources and needs that you may have in your trip to Navarra, either for medical matters or for any other reason.

AREAS OF WORK

This is a holistic service directed at the Spanish and international markets, liaising between you and your destination (Navarra), adapting to your specific needs and working in the following areas:

TRANSPORT

• Pick-up service at the airport of RENFE train station in Pamplona (only for medical patients)
• Service to accompany travellers and relatives to their means of transport for the journey from the airport to the hotel (only for medical patients).
• Transport from origin and transfer at destination.
• Taxi booking, car and limousine rentals, private planes, etc.

ACCOMMODATION

This Reception Service in Navarra has an online booking centre to address any need you may have with regard to your trip to Navarra.

Likewise, the service employs its own personnel, working from the offices of the Asociación de Hostelería y Turismo de Navarra (Pamplona – Navarra) and is available to answer calls from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00h and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:00h to help with any queries or incidents.
